Tap the Square icon with the Plus sign - from there you have multiple options for what you can save.
Save prompt saves the positive prompt that you are currently using
Save negative prompt saves the negative prompt that you are currently using
Save positive & negative prompt saves both the positive and negative prompt that you're currently using
Store parameters saves all of your Settings associated with the specific prompt, including:
Strength
Smooth
Edge echo
Tile echo
Horizontal Pan
Vertical Pan
Zoom
Downward and Upward Rotation
Right and Left Rotation
Clockwise and Counter-clockwise Rotation
