To create new prompts on the timeline, you would want to consider where you want the new prompt box to go in terms of seconds, and then double-click on the Prompt Timeline to create the new prompt.

You can also click on a specific prompt to highlight it. To confirm that the prompt is highlighted, you'll see an orange border. From there, you can drag the prompt box to either a specific time on the timeline. You can change the duration of the prompt to either make the prompt box longer/shorter or make the transitional box longer/shorter.

A way to fine-tune the prompt durations and positions exactly is to consider using the Position and Duration features in the Prompt Settings box. This is a wonderful feature for precision. Just enter the seconds range that you want to change a Position or Duration to, and then press Enter on your keyboard.

There are two options to delete a prompt. First, be sure to click on the prompt box that you want to delete - you'll see an orange border around the prompt box to confirm that this is the prompt box that you've selected. From there, you can press the Delete key on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can use the Trashcan icon at the bottom right-hand corner of the Prompt Settings box to delete the prompt.
