If you're experiencing something unusual when using neural frames, we would love to help. We do our best to be proactive in resolving any bugs so that you can continue your rendering experience. We have multiple options when reaching out to us to submit a bug so that we can help you further.
What info do I collect before reaching out to the team?
The email associated with your neural frames account
Your operating system
Your browser and browser version
The Video ID associated with your project, located on the Videos page
The bug that you're reporting. Please provide as many details as possible, including:
The exact place that you're experiencing the bug, whether it's on the Video Synth, your Videos page, Account page, etc.
The issue that you're experiencing
The expected behavior to resolve the bug / previous behavior
Steps to take to replicate the bug that you're experiencing

Once you've gathered all this info, we offer three ways to get in touch with us: Chat, Email and our Discord server.
Help Center Chat
You can click on the conversation bubble at the bottom right-hand corner to begin a chat with our team. Here's what this looks like from a Help Center article π
Then, select Messages to begin a new conversation - please provide us all the information related to the bug you're experiencing so we know exactly where to begin in researching your issue. It's important to note that our chat tool is not a live chat, but more like an in-app message chat. We do provide estimated timeframes that we'll get back to you this way, and we always will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
You can write to [email protected] - just be sure to write to us from the email that's associated with your Account so that we can provide the quickest service. In the email, please let us know all the information related to the bug that you're experiencing so we know exactly where to begin when researching your issue.
Discord
Join our Discord server. We have a section in the server called Neural Support and a channel called π #submit-a-ticket.
Click into the channel and select and select Report a Bug. Fill out the form and provide any additional details.
