When contacting support, please let us know as much of the following info as possible πŸ‘‡

  • The email associated with your neural frames account

  • The operating system and browser you are using (if you can include browser version, this also helps)

  • The video ID or video title where you experienced an issue

  • The bug that you're reporting. Please provide as many details as possible -screenshots and screen recordings are really helpful

  • Steps to take to replicate the bug that you're experiencing
