How do I contact support?

Chat, email, and Discord

We are well aware that contacting support can be a daunting task that we sometimes have to do. However, our team is always happy to help and be a co-pilot in your neural journey.

What are some helpful info to get the fastest support?

πŸ’‘ We know your time is valuable. Please keep in mind that a lot of this info is absolutely necessary for us to assist you, so providing it up-front allows us to help you faster.

When writing to us, please let us know as much information as possible regarding your inquiry, including:

  • The reason you're writing in, with as much information as possible

  • The email associated with your neural frames account

  • The browser that you're using

  • The URL associated with your inquiry.

  • Any additional info that would be helpful - like an error message or a screenshot where you would need some clarification

Error messages

Bug reporting

    • The exact place that you're experiencing the bug, whether it's on the Video Synth, your Videos page, Account page, etc.

  • The expected behavior of what should be happening

  • Steps to take to replicate the bug that you're experiencing to see if it's universally affecting others or your account solely

For any billing questions, please let us know:

  • The email associated with your neural frames account, or what email you used for Stripe

  • Your invoice number or receipt number

  • The billing issue that you're experiencing


How do I start a chat?

So you know, each Help Center article allows for a direct chat to begin with our support team. You can click on the conversation bubble at the bottom right-hand corner to begin a chat with our team. Here's what this looks like from a Help Center article πŸ‘‡

Then, select Messages to begin a new conversation! It's important to note that our chat tool is not a live chat, but more like an in-app message chat. We do provide estimated timeframes that we'll get back to you this way, and we always will try to get back to you as soon as possible.


Where do I send an email?

We love the old school way! You can write to [email protected] - just be sure to write to us from the email that's associated with your Account so that we can provide the quickest service.


How do I write to you on Discord?

First, join our Discord server. For general questions, you may be able to get your answer from someone with the community. We have an awesome community of experienced neural frames powerhouses that are always willing to answer general questions (prompting, settings and so on), that are always willing to answer general questions about projects and ways to execute your dream project.

To submit a Discord ticket, We have a section in the server called Neural Support and a channel called πŸ‘‹ #submit-a-ticket. Click there and select the issue type, whether it's I have a question or Report a Bug. Then, fill out the form! Boom πŸ’₯ our support team will see the ticket and get back to you!

It's important to note that Discord support is not a live chat conversation, but more like in-app messaging. We do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
