How do I log into my neural frames account?

Go to neuralframes.com and then select Start Now at the top right-hand corner. You can also click here to head right to the Login page.

Sign in with Google

A majority of signups use Google SSO (Sign Up With Google) rather than manually entering an email/password. If you chose SSO at signup, you'd click Log In With Google and select the email that you used to sign up.

If you manually signed up for an account, you'd enter your login credentials in the Email and Password section.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

In the event of a forgotten password, you can begin your account recovery by selecting Forgot Password?. We will send a verification email over to you with a link to login. Once you click on the link, you'll be prompted to update your password.

How do I purchaes additional Credits/Acorns?

Running low on Acorns? Top Ups let you keep working without interruption.

What is a Top Up? 🔋

Top Ups are one-time purchases of Acorns that are added to your account balance. They’re useful if you're in need of credits mid-billing cycle or want extra padding without upgrading your subscription.

To purchase a Top Up, you would go to ☰ Menu > Account page. Then, you'll see Add Acorns on the middle of the page. Use the interactive slider to decide how many credits you'd like to purchase. Below the slider, you'll see indicators of how much video rendering can be complete with the Top Up that you select. Once you've made your selection, click the orange button below that says Buy [amount] credits, and you'll be taken to your Stripe checkout portal.

We offer multiple Top Up packages, including:

  • 600 acorns for $15

  • 1,800 acorns for $40

  • 6,000 acorns for $99

  • 20,000 acorns for $299

  • 75,000 acorns for $999

❗ Please note that these are the current prices for Credits/Acorns as of December 17, 2025 and may be subject to change at any time. For the latest Top Up values, please go to your Account page.


How do I change my subscription?

📔 Note: When you downgrade or cancel your subscription, you lose your rollover credits. Please keep this in mind when making subscription changes to your account.

To make changes to your subscription, you would go to the ☰ Menu bar at the top right-hand corner and select your Account page.

Towards the bottom of the Account page, you'll see the option to Change your subscription Plan. Click the Change Plan button to be taken to your Stripe portal to make subscription changes.

How do I update my payment method?

Need to change your billing info? We've got you covered. To start, you'd go to ☰ Menu > Account. Towards the bottom of the Account page, you'll see the option to Change your payment settings. Click the Update Payment button, which will take you to your Stripe portal to make changes to your card details.


How do I pause or freeze my subscription?

📔 Accounts that are in a Past Due state cannot pause their account and payments must be current.

To pause your subscription, you'd first start by going to the ☰ Menu > Account page.

From there, select Cancel Subscription. Enter your subscription cancelation reason, and then select Continue. You will see the option to Pause Subscription and you can select the timeframe you'd like to pause for - between 1-3 months. After you select the period of time you'd like to pause for, you should receive a confirmation on your screen that yuor subscription's been paused.


How do I cancel my subscription?

⏸️ Need to take a break? If so, you can pause your subscription for 1-3 months. For more info about how to pause your subscription, check out how to pause here.

To cancel your subscription, you'd first start by going to the ☰ Menu > Account page.

From there, you'll see the ability to Cancel your subscription - click the Cancel Subscription button.

The next screen you'll see will ask for the reason you want to cancel your subscription, which is completely optional. But, we always value and appreciate this feedback as we love improving our services to hopefully see you back at a later time!

As a final confirmation, we provide a disclosure stating that that your subscription will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle and additional details relevant to your ending you subscription with us. To continue canceling, click Cancel Subscription.

if you click Pause Subscription, you'll be taken to the Pause screen which we'll link here. Once you click Cancel Subscription on the disclaimer screen, your subscription would be canceled and you wouldn't be charged moving forward.

If I cancel my subscription, what will happen to the credits on my account?

If you cancel your subscription, any rollover credits accrued will be removed from your account balance. The same applies to downgrading your subscription.

If I cancel my subscription, what will happen to my projects?

After 90 days of inactivity, videos would automatically be deleted from your account to help maintain storage costs.
