Just getting started? We know that there can be a lot to learn, so here are some tips to help you make the most out of your neural frames account πŸ‘‡

Tip 1: Migrate from Easy to Pro editing

You’ve got this, neural friend. Toggling off from Easy to Pro unlocks endless possibilities. When switching to Pro, you are able to control multiple parameters including:

  • πŸ’ͺ Strength: We recommend playing with the Strength value a bit to understand its functionality. When controlling the Strength, you are controlling how much the neural network adds per frame. Small values are more cohesive in time but can look less refined after a while. Larger values change the frames more.

πŸ’‘ Tip: We recommend playing with the Strength value a bit to understand its functionality.

  • πŸŒ” Smooth: Controls the number of smoothing frames between AI outputs. Higher values make transitions smoother and rendering faster. For trippy effects, you’d want to input a lower value but the rendering timeframe may be slower.

πŸ’‘ Tip: For Trippy effects, you'd want to input a lower value (around 4) but the rendering timeframe may be slower.

  • πŸ—» Echo

    • πŸ”ˆ Edge Echo - Stabilizes the edges of images with ControlNet which can result in shape stability

    • πŸ“£ Tile Echo - Tile-wise stability of the image with ControlNet which can result in something similar to regional stability

  • πŸŽ₯Panning

    • ↔️ Horizontal Pan: This allows you to move the camera to the right or left. Positive values pan to the right, negative values pan to the left.

    • ↕️ Vertical Pan: This allows you to move the camera up or down. Positive values pan upwards, negative values pan downwards.

  • πŸ” Zoom: Zoom is factored by percentage per frame. Positive values zoom in, negative values zoom out. We recommend that you do not choose high values as this may have unexpected results, but you may want to play around with Zoom to see what works best for you.

  • πŸ”€ Rotation

    • ‴️ Upward Rotation: Rotation that moves upward or downward. Positive values have upwards rotation, negative values have downwards rotation.

    • β†ͺ️ Left and Right Rotation: Rotation that moves left or right. Positive values have right rotation, negative values have left rotation.

    • πŸ”„ Clockwise Rotation: Rotation that moves clockwise or counter-clockwise. Positive values have clockwise rotation, negative values have counter-clockwise rotation.

Tip 2: Master the Prompting

One of the best ways to get your desired results is to have complete control over your positive and negative prompts.

What makes a good prompt?

Prompts are best served when clear and concise. You can also add some specifics but be sure to stay within context. Test out your prompts with images that are generated and make changes as needed - it's ok to keep trying until you see the magic appear.

What should I add to the negative prompt?

Things that you don't want to see! Lets say you want to see beautiful valley, but you don't want sunflowers - add yellow flowers or sunflowers to the negative prompt. If you want something to look realistic, consider adding cartoon or photoshopped.

Need some inspiration?

Try using the Pimp My Prompt feature! Pimp My Prompt improves your prompt with one click. It’s important to note that this might change the meaning of your prompt, so please double-check to make sure that our AI companion is on the same page as you and make any revisions as needed. We also recommend Civitai for more prompt inspiration.

Tip 3: Watch neural frames tutorials

We are always looking at the best ways to show you how to use neural frames. Check out these two tutorials for a crash course on how to create music videos:
