To pause your subscription, go to the Menu bar at the right-hand corner and select your Account page.
From there, select Cancel Subscription. Enter your subscription pause reason, and then select Continue. From there, you will see the option to Pause Subscription. Then, select the timeframe you'd like to pause - we offer 1 month, 2 month, or 3 month pause periods. After you select the period of time you'd like to pause for, you should receive a confirmation on your screen that your subscription has been paused.
What happens to my account when I pause my subscription?
During your pause period, you will have read-only access to your projects. You won't be able to use any credits or create new projects until your subscription reactivates. Your subscription will automatically reactivate after the selected pause duration. You'll be charged for the subscription you're currently on once the pause period has been complete.
I want to unpause or unfreeze my subscription. What do I do?

Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription while it's paused?
Yes, you'd be able to upgrade/downgrade your subscription while it's paused. Please note that you'd pay a prorated amount for services. If you downgrade your subscription, you'd forego your rollover credits.
