How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Account page to update your subscription

⏸️ Need to take a break? If so, you can pause your subscription for 1-3 months. For more info about how to pause your subscription, check out this article.

To cancel your subscription, go to the Menu bar at the right-hand corner and select your Account page.

From there, select Cancel Subscription.

The next screen you'll see will ask for the reason you want to cancel your subscription, which is completely optional. But, this feedback is super helpful when improving services so that you will hopefully decide to come back in the future!

On this page, we also offer the ability to Pause your subscription. But, if you wish to continue with canceling your subscription, select Continue.

As a final confirmation, we provide a disclosure stating that that your subscription will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle and additional details relevant to your ending you subscription with us. To continue canceling, click Cancel Subscription.

Once you click Cancel Subscription on the disclaimer screen, your subscription would be canceled and you wouldn't be charged moving forward.

What will happen to my rollover credits?

If you cancel your subscription, any rollover credits accrued will be removed from your account balance. The same applies to downgrading your subscription.

What will happen to my projects?

After 90 days of inactivity, videos would automatically be deleted from your account to help maintain storage costs.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a money-back guarantee, as detailed on our Pricing page: if you use less than 30 credits within 30 days and aren’t satisfied, we’ll provide you a refund.

For yearly subscriptions: if you use less than 60 credits during the first 30 days and decide it’s not for you, we’ll also provide a full refund.
